Are FTSR parts OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or OE (Original Equipment)?FTSR offers a variety of parts, some of which are OEM and OE, depending on the vehicle. We have replacement parts that are compatible with the majority of water trucks, dump trucks and many other types of trucks on the market. Does FTSR manufacture their own truck parts?Yes! We manufacture a number of parts from water suction manifolds to mounting brackets. Each piece starts as a raw material in-house, then is transformed into a useable item by our team of highly skilled individuals. FTSR also has parts manufacturered specifically for our trucks and trailers.

Do FTSR parts come with a warranty?Yes! FTSR does offer a warranty for parts manufactured in-house. If there is an issue regarding your part, reach out and we will work alongside you to address the issue. How do I know what part I need?Consult your operation or owners manual for the best repair/replacement options for parts on your vehicle. If the manual does not offer any assistance, try to narrow down the issue in question to a part or few parts. Then reach out to FTSR and we will work alongside you to mitigate the problem and get you back to peak performance!

What shipping options does FTSR offer?FTSR ships through UPS (United Parcel Service) and offers their ground, 3-day select and next day air services. These options are selectable at the time of checkout and have different applicable rates.

Does FTSR charge sales tax?FTSR does charge state sales tax that is concurrent with the active sales tax rate required by Texas state regulation of 6.25%. Texas does not require that a business charge the tax rate of the state they are shipping to, which is why the sales tax rate of all orders maintains the regulated constant. If you are excempt from sales tax, contact us and will work with you to provide all proper documentation for your excempt purchase.

What is FTSR's return policy?You can return items purchased from FTSR within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that they meet the following conditions: Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase. How do I check the status of my order?To check the status of your FTSR parts order, first login to the account used to complete the purchase. Then select the "my orders" window. In this window is where there is a list of all current and previous orders.

Can I cancel my FTSR parts order after it is placed?Due to the operation system in place, you can only cancel the order if there is not a shipping label created for the order. If you wish to cancel an order at any time, contact us at (325) 677-0474 or through email at info@ftsrgroup.com

Do you deliver and how much does shipping cost?We do deliver and the cost is dependant on a variety of factors. These factors include the size of the order, order weight, shipping distance and shipping type. (Ground, 3-Day Select or Next Day Air) You can use your cart to view the active shipping cost of the order if you need a more precise number.

Can parts be shipped to a repair facility?Yes! FTSR can ship your parts directly to any commercial business, whether your business's address or a repair facility. When inputing the shipping address during the checkout process, type in the repair facilities address.

How can I track the shipping on my order?You can track the shipping of your FTSR parts order through UPS. When you are logged in to the account that made the purchase, navigate to the "my orders" window. From the list, select the order you wish to see tracking information on. After selecting the order, there should be a UPS tracking number available for you to use for tracking. Additionally, you should recieve an email that provide an interactive link directly to your package. It will display real-time updates as they come in from UPS.

Can I pickup my order locally?Yes, you can! To pick up your FTSR parts order, select the "local pickup" option at checkout. If possible, in the notes section of the order, include the timeframe for your pickup. This will allow our employees to best prepare your package for pickup in respect for your valuable time.
